EcomHawk is operated by Nevo Solutions. We process customer-authorized commerce, advertising, catalog, inventory, and operational data to provide reporting, forecasting, workflow automation, and agent recommendations.
How we use data
We use customer data only to operate EcomHawk, provide requested analytics and automation, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and support customer onboarding. We do not sell customer data.
Retention and deletion
Customers may request data export or deletion by contacting support. We delete or de-identify customer data when it is no longer needed for the service, legal obligations, or legitimate security records.
