EcomHawk is available through guided onboarding. We help customers connect marketplace, advertising, inventory, and catalog data, then configure the right agent controls for each account.

Getting started

New customers receive a setup review, account scoping, integration checklist, dashboard onboarding, and initial guardrail configuration before agent actions are enabled.

Pricing

EcomHawk is currently offered through a guided pilot and customer-specific plan. Pricing is request-a-quote and depends on connected channels, account count, automation level, and support needs. There is no self-serve free plan; contact support for final pricing.

Accounting and tax remittance

EcomHawk helps customers review marketplace settlements, fees, reimbursements, invoices, COGS, payouts, and tax/remittance signals so account-level P&L and records are ready for accounting review.

Support scope

We support dashboard access, API authorization, reporting issues, data refreshes, recommendation review, agent configuration, and operational workflow questions.
