These terms summarize the expected use of EcomHawk during guided onboarding and customer pilots. A final customer agreement may include additional commercial terms, service levels, and data-processing obligations.
Agent controls
EcomHawk supports observe, approval, and autonomous modes. Customers decide which mode is appropriate for each account and workflow.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use EcomHawk to violate platform policies, access accounts without permission, or process data they are not authorized to manage.
